Crystal Selby is an account executive for AHT’s employee benefits clients in the Seattle area. She is responsible for managing all client needs, including discussing market trends, developing a benefit strategy, reviewing funding options, negotiating renewals, marketing when appropriate, employee communications and meetings, day-to-day employer questions and issue resolution. She acts as a liaison between the client and carriers to ensure service levels and expectations are being met. Crystal excels at driving results commensurate with client company culture and program goals.
Crystal stays up to date with industry changes and trends through her long-standing Employee Benefit Planning Association and Western Pension and Benefits Council memberships.
Crystal joined AHT in 2016 with over 25 years of experience consulting with large clients in the benefits industry. Her background includes time spent at national insurers and large consulting firms. She has expertise in a variety of areas, including healthcare delivery, wellness, compliance/ACA, consumer directed plans and member communication campaigns. Crystal holds her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation with sub-designations in Group Benefit Administration and Compensation Management Specialist.
