Bill has been working in the employee benefits field since 1981. He joined the AHT staff in October 1998 and currently serves as Associate Director. Bill provides senior level compliance training and technical support to AHT customers, sales executives and client management teams. He is responsible for researching regulatory issues, developing compliance communication strategies, providing training for client management teams and assisting in the sales and customer retention process.
Bill has participated on panel presentations for local business associations as well as an instructor for a national continuing education firm. In 2010, he assisted the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia, Inc. with their Virginia high school education outreach program.
He earned his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Federation of Employee Benefits and the Wharton School of Management. He maintains active membership in The Society for Human Resource Management and The International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
