As the Client Executive, I lead the strategic process for aiding multinational companies centralize their approach for international benefits. In conjunction with our global partners, I consult and help manage the placement of benefit packages in different countries. I work within the International Center of Excellence (ICOE) as a steward of the client’s overall experience.

I help US-based clients develop a true global benefits strategy that coordinates with their corporate initiatives. This includes ensuring clients also meet their duty of care obligations for any globally mobile employees. By leveraging local benchmarking, market trends, and other insights, the ICOE formulates a consultative and efficient approach to new business and renewals. I manage expectations from a cultural and insurance market standpoint, and also assist with escalated inquiries.

In addition to managing the global book of business, I work with senior partners and leadership to build out the ICOE Employee Benefits team via designing scopes of service, expectations, pricing structure, client resources, and marketing content. It is my job to educate internal and external partners on BRP’s capabilities and demonstrate our competitive advantages to prospective clients.
