Sean Holland is a Retirement Client Executive for Retirement Services clients at AHT. Sean acts as the primary point of contact to oversee and enhance overall relationships with large, key and complex retirement clients throughout the AHT client base. He serves as the primary liaison to maintain strong client satisfaction by assisting plan sponsors in managing plan risks, fiduciary responsibilities and investment analysis. In addition to Sean’s clients, he is responsible for leading, developing and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers or Client Service Associates, each responsible for the delivery of proactive, consultative client service and strategic account management.
Sean joined AHT’s Retirement Services team in 2012 with over 10 year of financial services experience both on the administrative (plan sponsor) and advisory (participant/individual) side of the business. Prior to joining AHT Mr. Holland worked as an account executive for a 401k advisory firm where his specialties included 401k plan review, including cost analysis, fee and performance benchmarking and fiduciary due diligence.
