Misha brings more than 25 years of industry experience and a skillset that includes leading and maintaining a global insurance portfolio program – providing strategic leadership for identifying, assessing, and managing the company’s financial, operational, and reputational risk. Providing oversight and management of his claim service providers, brokers, and insurance partners to mitigate their claims for all lines. Misha also evaluated and recommended insurance placement to the C-Suite team through evaluation of policy structure, language, insurer selection, limits, and negotiating competitive pricing based on risk appetite. He conducted and led due diligence for M&A and had oversight of integration of newly acquired business into their insurance program.
Prior to joining AHT, Misha held several key claims roles, such as Risk Manager for a global consulting firm, National Claims Manager for a Fortune 500 material manufacturer and Claim Team Supervisor for an insurance carrier and TPA.
