Prior to coming to AHT, she worked in both public practice and private industry. Her broad experience allows her to manage internal operations as well as be creative in benchmarking AHT with industry peers. She is forward thinking when it comes to developing a growth plan, including expanding both geographically and organically. Her diversified background provides an excellent framework on which to develop our internal reporting and link management and owners with the impact of the varying factors related to agency performance.
AHT has more than doubled its size during her tenure with the firm, and she continues to contribute to strategic decisions around profitable expansions and high performance. AHT has consistently been awarded the designation of Best Practices Agency by Reagan Consulting since she joined the firm.
