Leslie Nylund joined AHT in June 2019 as the Managing Director of New York operations and the National Director of Programs. Leslie is an accomplished insurance industry executive distinguished by her ability to devise and lead strategies and initiatives that accelerate significant growth. Leslie is a team player and has an exceptional talent for building new industry verticals by attracting the finest talent and nurturing high-performance teams. Her industry knowledge includes a foundation in underwriting, insurance brokerage, reinsurance, MGA programs, mergers & acquisitions, integration and large profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
Leslie has over 25 years of experience working in senior leadership positions at both Marsh and Willis Towers Watson and holding President and COO roles at two larger, private, regional brokers. She was national Partner and Chief Placement Officer leading distribution and carrier relationships for North America and the wholesale operations for London and Bermuda. Prior to Willis, she spent over 18 years at Marsh from 1986-2004 in various senior leadership roles.
