Corey Schirmer in an Employee Benefits Consultant with AHT and he works with companies across the United States. His focus is on streamlining HR processes, improving recruiting/retention efforts, and implementing the most cost-effective options. He understands that each organization is unique, and a one size fits all approach to employee benefits is an outdated concept. While Corey works with a wide array of industries most of his clients are in the tech, software, AI, non-profit, VC/PE, and manufacturing space.
Corey believes that transparency and integrity are paramount to any relationship and works proactively to consistently deliver superior results for his clients so they can move forward confidently.
Prior to working with AHT, he spent 4 years at another large brokerage working on some of the most innovative plans. He’s also worked for 3 VC backed tech companies and founded a couple small companies himself.

Steven Lee is an Employee Benefits Consultant in the AHT Seattle office. With over 12 years in the insurance industry, he is focused on enhancing employee satisfaction, effectively assisting the HR team and creating a comprehensive and cost effective program that is ingrained into the culture of the organization. His primary expertise is in designing and placing employee benefits programs for mid and large-sized employers groups including, plan transitions, medical analytics and traditional and non-traditional benefit programs. Prior to joining AHT in 2019, Steven worked as a Senior Sales Executive for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.
Steven is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is involved with various nonprofit organization in Washington. Steven graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.

Tyler Huling is an Associate Advisor with AHT Insurance. He creates healthcare solutions for groups of employees using a wide array of resources and technology. His focus is to foster company growth by building relationships and creating the most optimal outcome for your business.
Before joining AHT in 2022, Tyler graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2019 with a BA in International Business and Spanish. He was a member of the Student-Athlete committee as well as an active leader in Greek Life. The last three years he worked in sales for a Health Insurance start-up and was a certified Ski Instructor.
