NVTC, in partnership with Aetna and AHT Insurance, is now offering its technology members a new, employee benefits group health plan, the NVTC Member Health Plan, effective January 1, 2021. Eligible NVTC technology members with two or more employees will be able to join this plan and get the same advantages and offerings as most larger groups.

These unique plans enable a group of employers to offer employee benefits by sharing risk. It’s an effective way for smaller employers to operate as a large group to offer health coverage and other insurance benefits to their employees, as well as have the the ability to suggest plan changes.
