Jonathan McClain Honored with NAPA “Young Guns” Recognition

Leesburg, VA – July 22, 2015  –  AHT Insurance is pleased to announce that Jonathan McClain, Financial Services Relationship Manager, has been recognized by The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) as a “Young Gun Top 50 Plan Advisor Under 40.”

The NAPA “Young Guns Top 50 Plan Advisors Under 40” is based on a three-part selection process including firm partner nominations, voting and open nominations, and selection by a NAPA blue ribbon committee. Advisors are not allowed to vote for themselves — and no one who works at their firm is allowed to vote for them, either. “These young plan advisors are the future leaders of our industry and seem eager to step up.” NAPA, an affiliate organization of the American Retirement Association, was created by and for retirement plan advisors. Membership is also open to other retirement industry professionals who support the interests of plan advisors.

Mr. McClain supports AHT clients by providing plan sponsors with the knowledge and tools to incrementally improve plan health by implementing plan design and employee engagement practices while measuring success against peer group and industry benchmarks.

Jonathan joined AHT in 2013 with a strong history in financial services. He began his career by providing individual client consultation in wealth management and risk analysis prior to shifting his focus to employer sponsored retirement plans. Most recently, Mr. McClain earned the Certified 401(k) Professional designation. The C(k)P® is administered by The Retirement Advisor University in collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized by NAPA as a future leader in the industry,” commented Jonathan McClain.
