AHT Insurance Welcomes Steve Dodge as Senior Claims Director

Leesburg, VA – June 20, 2019: AHT Insurance is pleased to announce and welcome Steve Dodge as Senior Claims Director, based out of the headquarters office in Leesburg, VA.

Steve Dodge joined AHT in 2019 as Senior Claims Director – bringing with him more than 16 years of industry experience. Steve has held several key claims roles, such as Senior Casualty Claims Consultant and Regulatory Thought Leader at a large brokerage firm (Aon), Director of Client Services and Operations Manager at a large National TPA (Sedgwick) and National Claims Manager at a Fortune 300 retailer (Family Dollar Stores, Inc.).

I have spent more than 16 years honing my skills and experience in search of a career home and feel I have found that with AHT. In his role, Steve will lead AHT’s Claims Team to deliver client specific, technical and tactical claims support – designed to track and improve processes, reduce client loss costs, mitigate losses and expedite claim resolutions for a positive impact on Total Cost of Risk. He will also assist with employing post-loss activities, dedicated to meet all levels of clients’ needs. Steve provides advocacy, oversight and marketing support in an efficient and effective manner, while ensuring the highest level of service from carriers, third-party administrators, vendors and related experts to help our clients protect what matters most.
