Steve Dodge joined AHT in 2019 as a Claims Advocacy Manager – bringing with him more than 16 years of industry experience. In his current role, Steve leads the Claims Team to deliver client specific, technical and tactical claims support designed to track and improve processes, reduce client loss costs, mitigate losses and expedite claim resolutions for a positive impact on Total Cost of Risk. He also assists with employing post-loss activities, dedicated to meet all levels of clients’ needs. Steve provides advocacy, oversight and marketing support in an efficient and effective manner, while ensuring the highest level of service from carriers, third party administrators, vendors and related experts.
Prior to joining AHT, Steve held several key claims roles, such as Senior Casualty Claims Consultant and Regulatory Thought Leader at a large brokerage firm, Director of Client Services and Operations Manager at a large National TPA and National Claims Manager at a Fortune 300 retailer.
