With over 25 years of experience in the Employee Benefits and Risk Industries, Pauline has advised innumerable employer clients to understand and manage their entire risk landscape. Her ability to understand her clients’ goals and missions ensures that her guidance is always aligned with her clients’ strategies. Pauline creates strategies to support both the employer goals for fiscal responsibility and the employee needs for health and financial well-being.
Pauline’s commitment to being a positive force in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space, helps her understand benefits and how they can support attract and retain efforts in today’s competitions for top talent.
She has published benefits articles in both Advisen, NAHU’s Benefit Specialist Magazine, and quarterly publications for the National Women’s Council. Additionally, Pauline regularly speaks to corporations and nonprofit organizations on the topics of Population Health, Health Equity, Mental Health Benefits and Benefit Funding vehicles.
Pauline has served on several nonprofit boards and is currently an Executive Committee member of the Board of Directors for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Community Center (the Center) in New York.
Pauline graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A Social Sciences from New York University and is an active student in the Executive Education and Organizational Leadership program at Columbia Business School.
