Pam Mason is a Senior Partner focused on insurance brokerage and risk management for venture capital firms, along with the life science and technology portfolio companies that they invest in. Specializing in management liability, Pam enjoys working with trailblazing companies and helping them efficiently assess and solve complex risks. Her focus spans early-stage high-growth venture-funded businesses and large global public companies.
Pam leads BRP’s Venture Capital Center of Excellence. She was a past Chairperson of Techassure, a global non-profit dedicated to the advancement of risk management and insurance for venture capital, technology, and life science businesses. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI). Pam holds a BA in Political Science from The University of Vermont.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys the great outdoors, horseback riding, hiking and flyfishing.
