Karla Drahnak is an Associate Benefits Director for AHT’s employee benefits clients. She assists clients with their plan analysis, design, implementation, renewal, communication, enrollment and administration. Karla also acts as a liaison between the client and carriers to ensure service levels are being met.
Karla joined AHT in 2004, bringing more than a decade of experience in the employee benefits field. She began her career as a medical insurance examiner with a national insurance carrier and later moved into the cost containment field. During her time there, Karla has helped employers maintain health insurance cost through predictive analytics and risk stratification with a medical management provider. Karla successfully managed the healthcare risk while reducing healthcare costs for self-insured businesses using clinical, financial and analytical tools.
