Courtney Laughery is a Senior Advisor with extensive expertise in designing, implementing and managing group medical and ancillary lines of insurance for a wide range of industries. She focuses on providing guidance for her clients by formulating their employee benefits strategy to retain the best employees while keeping an eye on the bottom line.
Along with her work, Courtney is on the board of ARCS (Achievement Rewards for College Scientists) a non-profit that contributes to the advancement of science and technology by providing fellowships to outstanding US scholars pursuing their PhD in science, engineering and medical research at UofW and WSU, FEI (Financial Executives International) which comes to together with her involvement in Life Science WA. Courtney’s personal experience with her mother’s prolonged battle with cancer fuels her passion to help in any way possible — especially for her clients struggling with health issues.
Courtney joined AHT in 2014 with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry.
