Brandon Boynton is a Partner in the AHT Seattle office. For almost 15 years, he has been a trusted advisor to a wide range of companies in technology, manufacturing and professional services. Primarily focusing on mid and large employers, he understands that each organization is unique, and a one size fits all approach to employee benefits is an outdated concept. From financing and plan stewardship to employee communications and compliance, Brandon’s objective is to create a comprehensive, cost effective program that is successfully ingrained into the culture of the organization. Brandon is an active member of the Employee Benefits Institute of America, the Employee Benefits Planning Association and the American Institute of Architects.
Prior to joining AHT in 2012, Brandon worked as a consultant for one of the largest insurance brokerages in the world, where has was recognized as one of the “Employee Benefit Professionals who Scored the Highest in Overall Satisfaction” by Seattle Business Magazine.
Brandon is a graduate of the University of Washington and has four children with his wife of 18 years.
