Ako Knuttgen is the Employee Benefits Clients Service Manager for the Seattle Employee Benefits Team. She is responsible for the leadership, development, supervision and deployment of the Employee Benefits service staff and all workflows and process therein. She works to ensure the service team is working effectively and efficiently, as well as delivering desirable results for clients.
Ako joined AHT in 2017 bringing over 13 years of experience in the health insurance industry with experience in all areas of service, sales and management. Her background and expertise includes strategically creating road maps on how to utilize and expand resources, partnerships and skills of the teams to align with the department and company goals. She successfully manages and builds teams through accountability and open communication, identifies leaders and motivates teams to maximize available resources.
