TODD MARANGON
Senior Vice President, AHT Insurance
Todd Marangon excels at thinking outside the box to solve employer challenges. He views himself as a problem solver and assists clients by proactively negotiating long-term strategies with creative solutions to employer cost and benefit issues. He is experienced with every financing option, including refund contracts, partially self-insuring and consumer-driven health plan management.
Todd is an active member of the Employee Benefits Institute of America, the Employee Benefits Planning Association, American Institute of Architects and the American Consulting Engineers Council. Well respected by the industry, Todd is often asked to speak with senior underwriters from top insurance companies for advice about product and financing development to enhance deliverables for customers. He is a strong supporter of nonprofit organizations and participates annually with the Northwest Kidney Centers Foundation.
Prior to joining AHT in 2015, Todd began his career in 1987 as the 7th employee of a firm that grew to become a national firm with 180 employees in 10 years. He performed all functions from customer service, marketing, underwriting and sales. In 1998 he joined one of the largest national brokerages where he led the employee benefits division and managed their largest book of business.
