An agent or broker is the primary intermediary between the Insurer and the Insured. He or she bears the responsibility of properly representing each party to the other. An agent must have a high level of insurance knowledge and experience in order to properly address the exposures that exist in today's business environment. AH&T clients have the following services available to them.

Risk Analysis
The AH&T Nonprofits Risk Analysis Survey is designed to root out important information in a way that it can be analyzed. This online, modular tool is a convenient way to gather information from those in the organization who are responsible for various activities. Once gathered, the information is analyzed and reported on by an AH&T Risk Specialist. This service is offered without charge to AH&T clients. Additional risk services, security consulting, and investigative services are available for a fee.

Consulting
AH&T personnel are available to our clients for consultation with attorneys, real estate managers, boards of directors, committees and others.

Daily Service
Certificates of insurance, coverage changes and claims administration are handled expeditiously by the AH&T Nonprofits service staff.

Marketing to Carriers
AH&T can access all of the major insurance carriers who work with nonprofit organizations. Marketing specialists are trained to properly represent our client to the insurer and secure the broadest coverage at the best price available.

Global Availability
As a member of RiskProNet International, AH&T has affiliations with agents and brokers the world over to supplement the relationships that we have with our multinational insurance carriers.

Educational Seminars
AH&T has become known among nonprofits for its educational risk management seminars which are presented annually.
